New hires can navigate these obstacles by developing strong organizational skills, proactively communicating with stakeholders, and staying up-to-date on relevant policies and contract management software. Building relationships with cross-functional teams and seeking mentorship from experienced colleagues can also help ease the transition and contribute to long-term success in the role.
