Work you'll do

As a Specialist, Contracts and Procurement Management on the Contracts Operations team, you will be responsible for:

  • Managing complex contract types, including firm-fixed-price (FFP), time-and-materials (T&M), cost-plus-fixed-fee (CPFF), indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity (IDIQ), blanket purchase agreements (BPAs), subcontracts, consulting agreements, state and local government contracts, and international agreements
  • Supporting the full contract lifecycle, including negotiation, execution, modifications, compliance, and closeout activities, while analyzing contractual terms to identify risks and support compliance with regulatory and client requirements
  • Using contract management systems, automation tools, reporting platforms, dashboards, trackers, and reports to maintain data integrity, monitor contract performance, and support operational efficiency
  • Leveraging artificial intelligence (AI), analytics tools, and data insights to support contract review, risk identification, compliance monitoring, decision-making, and process improvement
  • Partnering with legal, finance, project teams, and other stakeholders to resolve contract issues, mitigate risk, support audits and compliance reviews, and provide coaching, training, and guidance to junior analysts and team members

At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $60,000 to $110,500.
