Job description

Oracle Health is redefining how healthcare organizations manage, analyze, and operationalize payer-provider contracts through a next-generation Contract Intelligence platform. As healthcare reimbursement models become increasingly complex, health systems need intelligent solutions that transform static contract documents into actionable insights that improve financial performance, operational efficiency, and strategic decision-making.

We are seeking a highly motivated Principal Product Manager to lead product strategy, roadmap, and execution for Oracle Health's Contract Intelligence SaaS product portfolio. This role will drive the development of AI-powered capabilities that help healthcare providers understand, model, manage, and optimise the financial impact of payer contracts across the revenue lifecycle.

The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in healthcare payer-provider contracting, contract management, reimbursement methodologies, managed care operations, revenue cycle management, or healthcare financial performance. They should also possess a strong understanding of emerging AI technologies and how generative AI, machine learning, intelligent agents, and advanced analytics can transform traditionally manual contract management workflows into scalable, intelligent, and predictive solutions.

This is a senior individual contributor role requiring strategic product leadership, strong healthcare domain expertise, and the ability to influence executive stakeholders across a highly matrixed organisation without direct people management responsibility.

Basic Qualifications
  • 8+ years of product management experience delivering enterprise SaaS, healthcare technology, or revenue cycle solutions.
  • Experience defining product strategy, developing roadmaps, writing requirements, and delivering complex products from concept through market adoption.
  • Deep understanding of healthcare payer-provider contracting, managed care operations, contract lifecycle management, reimbursement methodologies, or provider financial operations.
  • Experience working directly with healthcare providers, health systems, payer organisations, managed care teams, consulting firms, or healthcare technology vendors supporting contract management and reimbursement workflows.
  • Experience building or managing AI-enabled, analytics-driven, or data-intensive enterprise software products.
  • Strong understanding of healthcare reimbursement models and their impact on provider revenue performance.
  • Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams and executive stakeholders in highly matrixed organisations.
  • Strong analytical, strategic thinking, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to operate independently, manage ambiguity, and drive alignment across multiple stakeholders.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Finance, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Direct experience with healthcare contract management, contract modelling, contract analytics, managed care contracting, or reimbursement optimisation solutions.
  • Experience working for a healthcare provider organisation, integrated delivery network (IDN), health system, payer, managed care organisation, revenue cycle vendor, or healthcare consulting firm.
  • Experience with provider reimbursement methodologies including DRGs, APCs, fee schedules, value-based care arrangements, capitation, bundled payments, and risk-based contracts.
  • Experience building AI-powered enterprise applications leveraging generative AI, machine learning, intelligent agents, large language models (LLMs), or predictive analytics.
  • Familiarity with healthcare financial systems, revenue cycle management platforms, claims adjudication, payment integrity, contract analytics, or reimbursement optimisation tools.
  • Experience with cloud-native platforms, enterprise-scale SaaS architectures, and data platforms.
  • Knowledge of healthcare interoperability standards and data exchange frameworks including FHIR, HL7, APIs, and EDI/X12.
  • Familiarity with healthcare privacy, security, and compliance requirements including HIPAA.
  • MBA, Master's degree, or equivalent advanced experience.
Why Oracle Health

Oracle Health is building the future of healthcare by combining cloud, data, AI, and deep healthcare expertise to solve some of the industry's most complex challenges. Contract Intelligence represents a strategic growth area where AI can fundamentally transform how healthcare organisations manage payer relationships, optimise reimbursement, and improve financial performance.
