Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced Icertis Contract Intelligence (ICI) professional to support Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) for a 6+ month remote project. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of Icertis Contract Lifecycle Management, along with expertise in SAP e-sourcing and CLM processes.
In this role, you will be responsible for configuring, maintaining, and optimizing Icertis to streamline contract management and improve efficiency across the entire contract lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Icertis Contract Management: Implement, configure, and support Icertis Contract Intelligence (ICI) to optimize contract lifecycle management processes.
  • Platform Configuration: Work on customization and configuration of ICI based on business needs, aligning with existing contract workflows.
  • Integration with SAP e-Sourcing: Ensure seamless integration of SAP e-sourcing tools with Icertis CLM for streamlined contract management and sourcing processes.
  • Process Optimization: Leverage Icertis AI-powered contract intelligence to automate contract creation, risk mitigation, and contract analytics.
  • Troubleshooting & Support: Provide day-to-day troubleshooting support for any issues related to the Icertis platform and contract management processes.
  • Reporting & Analytics: Generate detailed reports and dashboards to provide insights into contract performance, compliance, and risk areas.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements and implement tailored Icertis solutions.

Required Qualifications:
  • Experience: 8-10 years in contract lifecycle management (CLM) or related fields.
  • Icertis Expertise: Strong hands-on experience with Icertis Contract Intelligence (ICI), including platform configuration, deployment, and integration.
  • Certification: Must be Icertis Certified in one or more of the following:
    • ICI Administrator
    • ICI Practitioner
    • ICI Technical Professional
    • ICI Functional Professional
    • ICI Technical Architect
    • ICI Functional Architect
    • ICI AIML Technical Professional
    • ICI Project Manager
  • SAP e-Sourcing: Proficiency in SAP e-sourcing and integration with Icertis Contract Lifecycle Management.
  • Contract Management: Proven experience in managing and optimizing contract management workflows in an enterprise environment.
