Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated Business Intelligence (BI) Analyst to support data-driven decision-making across the organization. This role will partner with leaders across Commercial, Operations, Finance, Marketing, and other departments to develop reporting, analyze performance metrics, identify trends, and provide actionable insights that drive business growth and operational excellence.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and maintain sales KPIs and performance metrics aligned with revenue goals
  • Build and manage daily, weekly, and monthly reports and dashboards to monitor organizational performance across multiple business functions
  • Analyze operational, financial, customer, and commercial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement
  • Partner with department leaders to provide insights that support strategic planning, forecasting, resource allocation, and performance
  • Support commercial operations by monitoring customer acquisition, pipeline health, conversion rates, revenue trends, and sales performance metrics
  • Conduct customer, prospect, and business performance analyses to identify growth opportunities and operational efficiencies
  • Deliver actionable insights that improve business processes, customer experience, and organizational effectiveness
  • Collaborate with Commercial, Marketing, Operations, Finance, and other departments to ensure data consistency and alignment across systems
  • Maintain and optimize data quality across business systems, including Salesforce, ERP platforms, and other reporting tools
  • Design and deliver dashboards and reporting tools that provide real-time visibility into critical business metrics
  • Assist in sales forecasting, budgeting, and strategic planning processes
  • Identify and recommend process improvements through data analysis and automation opportunities
  • Support implementation, optimization, and integration of CRM, ERP, and business intelligence platforms

Qualifications & Skills:

  • 3+ years of experience in business intelligence, business analytics, sales analytics, data analytics, or a related role
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Analytics, Statistics, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field
  • Experience supporting business decision-making through reporting, dashboard development, and performance analysis
  • Required experience working with Salesforce CRM
  • Strong understanding of KPI development, performance measurement, and data-driven business operations
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, lookups, data modeling); experience with BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau preferred
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail
  • Ability to interpret large datasets and translate findings into actionable business recommendations
  • Experience with forecasting methodologies and performance tracking
  • Familiarity with ERP systems, data integration, and enterprise reporting environments is preferred
  • Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to effectively communicate insights to technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
  • Self-starter with a proactive mindset and a focus on continuous improvement
