Job Description:

Seeking an experienced Senior Business Intelligence Analyst / Test Manager to support enterprise Performance Management, Analytics, and reporting initiatives. The ideal candidate will serve as a senior business/systems analyst responsible for gathering business, technical, and data requirements while leading testing activities for business intelligence and reporting solutions.

The consultant will collaborate closely with business users, IT leadership, data engineers, and analytics teams to develop reporting solutions, validate dashboards, perform complex data analysis, and ensure data quality. This role also requires experience with AI-assisted analytics, responsible AI practices, and mentoring business users on data and AI technologies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Gather, analyze, and document business, technical, and data requirements.
