Job Title: Open-Source Intelligence Analyst Job Category: Intelligence Time Type: Full time Minimum Clearance Required to Start: TS/SCI Employee Type: Regular Percentage of Travel Required: Up to 10% Type of Travel: Local Anticipated Posting End: 7/1/2026 The Opportunity: As a CACI OSINT Analyst in the Special Operations Command North (SOCNORTH) Analytical Network (SAN), you will provide analytical network expertise to SOCNORTH in support of executing SOCNORTH mission priorities in the defense of the Homeland. You will provide Open-Source research, analysis, reporting, processes, leveraging tools and databases to analyze large amounts of data, providing/presenting OSINT products at the operational and strategic level for senior leaders. Products include but are not limited to: Counterterrorism and regional analysis, social media scrapes, Open- Source Intelligence Reports, papers, briefings, reviews, and atmospherics.

The OSINT Analyst shall interface with other intelligence analysts to create assessments supporting targeting efforts, and threat analysis. The OSINT Analyst is responsible for the production of assessments and products in support of SOCNORTH, USSOCOM, and USNORTHCOM. Additionally, the OSINT Analyst will provide accurate, relevant, timely analyses, assessments, credible intelligence assessments on threats, threat actor capabilities & intentions, and networks in accordance with and determined by SOCNORTH missions and Priority Intelligence Requirements (PIR).

Develop detailed threat analysis and assessments against a range of national and global threats to identify risks, gap, vulnerabilities and recommend countermeasures. Provides consistent real-time updates of current analyses and assessments to existing Intel databases. Leverages and delivers the tools, expert analysis, and tradecraft required to provide timely, relevant, and understandable open- source intelligence material to inform decision-makers and influence outcomes.

Contracted personnel (that hold/maintain the requisite DoD certification & training) supporting SOCNORTH conduct OSINT Analysis, Intelligence Operations support as well as exposure to OSINT collection methods at the direction, under guidance, oversight, and USNORTHCOM delegated authority of SOCNORTH J2. You will also serve as a key member of a threat analyses, and assessment team directly supporting Special Operations across the Theater Special Operations Command and other Strategic Partners across the Special Operations Forces Emerging Threat, Operations and Planning Support (SOFETOPS) enterprise. Responsibilities: * Serve as an embedded Open-Source Intelligence Analyst * Provide OSINT analysis and analytical products to support SOCNORTH targeting efforts, threat assessments, and joint intelligence preparation of the operating environment in support of SOCNORTH, USSOCOM, and USNORTHCOM objectives.

* Serves as an Analyst specializing in OSINT Analysis with ability to coordinate across the other intelligence disciplines in support of SOCNORTH. * Analyze open-source intelligence to discover, develop, and assist in intelligence analysis, refinement of collection requirements, and target development of various threats and actors. * Conducts open-source research, analysis, and target development through various reporting, processes, and databases.

* Validate information and apply tradecraft as you help build assessments. * Provide briefings and point papers regarding status of analytic support efforts. * Researching and developing OSINT initiatives for operations and special projects and programs; maintain knowledge of PIRs and standing collection requirements.

* Provides consistent real-time updates of current analyses and assessments to existing Intel databases. Qualifications: Required: * Current Top Secret/Specialized Compartmented Information Security Clearance. * A bachelor's degree and 5+ years of experience, an associate degree and 7+ years of experience, or 9+ years of relevant work experience.

* A minimum of three years' experience in OSINT analysis and/or intelligence operations coordination roles of responsibility within an O-5 or above tactical, operational, or strategic-level command or while supporting a similar size and scope of a DoD contract. * Demonstrated experience conducting open-source research and analysis to develop tailored intelligence products. * Working knowledge of providing open-source intelligence support to targeting activities.

* Expertise in analyzing population demographics across the NORTHCOM and SOUTHCOM AORs with a focus on cartel networks, ethnic groups, religions, and associated diasporas. * Advanced proficiency in using Intelligence Community (IC) OSINT tools, conducting network analysis, and operating managed attribution accounts. * Hands-on experience or working knowledge with OSINT platforms similar to: NexusXplore, Fivecast, Dataminer, Babel Street, Sayari, Scopenow, or Vannevar Labs.

* Working knowledge of the tools, methodologies, and concepts underlying real-time and near-real-time knowledge management systems and portals. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a proven ability to perform effective briefing duties. * Strong attention to detail and rigorous analytical standards.

Desired: * Experience supporting USSOCOM or Joint SOF organizations in a deployed environment. * Graduate of advanced Open- Source Intelligence and/or Intelligence Analysis courses (Service level), SOF Intelligence Course, U.S. Intelligence Community, or Joint Intelligence courses.

Pay Range: There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications.
