Job description

The Puyenpa family of companies that are comprised of multiple SBA Certified Native American Tribal 8(a) and multi-certified organizations focused on delivering Information Technology, Management Consulting, and General Construction solutions to the Federal Government along with the Commercial Sector.
We are actively seeking a Systems Administrator/Engineer - II for an upcoming proposal supporting programs at the Indiana Intelligence Center and JFHQ Indiana National Guard, Indianapolis, IN, Camp Atterbury, Edinburgh, IN and/or MuTC, Butlerville, IN. All are U.S. Government facilities. As needed work may be performed at various locations within the Continental United States (CONUS) locations at the Government's discretion. Outside Continental United States (OCONUS) travel or work requirements are not anticipated.
This is an exciting opportunity to be part of the Puyenpa team as a subcontractor to EPS on a MuTC effort. The main responsibilities of the role include:
  • Perform all systems integration work, system management and configuration, operation, testing, and reset of the MACC-TTE virtual and physical environments.
  • Configure and deploy virtual and physical servers, workstations, and small processor-controlled devices within the MACC-TTE.
  • Operate, maintain, and develop infrastructure of the MACC-TTE virtual and physical environments and integrate them into cohesive environment.
  • Assist with IA requirements.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Network Engineering, or Cybersecurity, or Information Management or related discipline or the minimum experience listed below. The Contractor shall meet DoDM 8140.03 IAT II requirements.
  • Minimum seven years of experience as a Cyber Subject Matter Expert (SME) / Cyber Architect, or similar experience.
  • The Contractor shall possess experience in designing and configuring computer networks including routing, switching, firewalls, DNS, active directory, VPNs, VLANs, SANs utilizing bare metal and virtualized systems.
  • Possesses experience with automation, provisioning, imaging, orchestration, and configuration management. The Contractor shall have experience working with open-source software and have open-source platform experience with applications such as Ansible, Python, and other open-source applications.
  • Experience with Cloud, Physical, and virtual network architect, engineering, and infrastructure monitoring.
  • Experience with hypervisors such as VMware, Kernel-based Virtual Machine (KVM), and Xen. The Contractor shall possess experience with Windows enterprise and Linux server / operating systems engineering, and administration with knowledge of network vulnerabilities, attack vectors, and mitigation.
  • Experience with a wide variety of technology to include camera systems, ICS/SCADA, Internet of Things (IoT), and RF devices.
  • Security Clearance: Top Secret (TS) / Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI).
  • Signature of Letter of Intent.
