Required Experience
  • 8โ€“10+ years of Coupa solution architecture and implementation experience.

  • Strong Retail and CPG industry experience.

  • Deep Source-to-Pay (S2P) process knowledge.

  • Experience with SAP ECC, SAP S/4HANA, and enterprise integrations.

Mandatory Skills/Certifications
  • Coupa Supplier Information Management (SIM)

  • Coupa Platform Certification

  • Coupa CSO Certification

  • Coupa Sourcing Certification

  • Coupa CLMA Certification

Nice to Have
  • Coupa Certified Procure-to-Pay System Administrator

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead end-to-end Coupa solution architecture and implementation.

  • Provide expertise across Coupa Core, Strategic Sourcing, CSO, CLM-S, CLM-A, RPM-A (SIM & CRA), Category Strategy (Cirtuo), AI Classification, Coupa AI/Navi/Contract Intelligence, and Advanced Analytics.

  • Design scalable integration solutions using APIs, CSV, and middleware.

  • Drive global implementations, deployment strategy, and product roadmap.

  • Advise business and IT leadership on procurement transformation and future-state operating models.

  • Develop executive dashboards, KPIs, and strategic reports.

  • Manage stakeholder engagement, including C-level executives.
