Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Intelligence Analyst to join our Instaclustr sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities by identifying and qualifying potential customers. This role is crucial in supporting the sales team to achieve its goals by developing and managing a robust sales pipeline. 

What You'll Do
- Engage with potential clients through cold calling, email campaigns, and social media to introduce products and services.
- Identify and qualify new sales opportunities by understanding the business needs and requirements of target companies.
- Execute online sales campaigns to generate or convert leads and build a strong sales pipeline.
- Provide initial product information and answer preliminary questions from potential customers.
- Maintain and update the CRM database with accurate and detailed information on leads, prospects, and customer interactions.
- Collaborate with sales representatives to ensure a smooth hand-off of qualified leads.
- Provide administrative support to the sales team as needed.
What We're Looking For

Sales Fundamentals: Basic understanding of sales principles, including prospecting, lead qualification, and business development.
- Customer Knowledge: Ability to analyze customer profiles and understand their needs.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with experience in telesales and e-sales being a plus.
- Tools: Familiarity with CRM software and other sales tools.

Compensation:
The target salary range for this position is 88,400 - 132,000 USD. The salary offered will be determined by the candidate's location, qualifications, experience, and education and may be outside of this range. Final compensation packages are competitive and in line with industry standards, reflecting a variety of factors, and include a comprehensive benefits package. This may cover Health Insurance, Life Insurance, Retirement or Pension Plans, Paid Time Off, various Leave options, Performance-Based Incentives, employee stock purchase plan, and/or restricted stocks (RSU's), with all offerings subject to regional variations and governed by local laws, regulations, and company policies.
