Job Description:

The Icertis Solution Consultant Support is responsible for providing ongoing functional and technical support for the Icertis Contract Intelligence ICM platform

This role ensures smooth system operations resolves user issues and supports continuous improvements aligned with business needs Key responsibilities include

1 Application Support Issue Resolution

Incident and problem management

Provide L2L3 support for Icertis ICM platform

Troubleshoot system issues related to workflows templates clause libraries and integrations

Analyze root causes and implement fixes or enhancements

Manage incident and service requests within SLA timelines

Create and maintain user guides and knowledge base articles

Monitor data flows troubleshoot integration issues

Work closely with legal procurement and sales teams

Collaborate with IT and external vendors

Provide regular status updates and reporting

2 Configuration Enhancements

Perform minor enhancements and configuration changes

Workflow updates

Template and clause modifications

Approval matrix adjustments

Support periodic releases and patch updates

Required Skills:

Functional

Strong understanding of Contract Lifecycle Management CLM

Knowledge of legal contracting procurement or sales processes

Technical

Handson experience with Icertis ICM configuration

Workflow and template configuration

Basic knowledge of

APIs and integrations

JSON XML

SQL preferred

Experience

  • 7 to 10 years of experience in CLM or enterprise application support
  • 3 to 5 years of experience with Icertis platform preferred
