Job description

Hiring a Medical Assistant to join a primary care clinic for employees in Appleton, WI. Please review the job description and apply if you are interested.

Position: Certified Medical Assistant (CMA)

Location: Appleton, WI 54915

Contract: 08/03/26 - 12/20/26 (Potential extension)

Pay: $26/hr

Schedule: Approx. 26 hours weekly

  • Mon & Tues: 8 am - 3 pm

  • Thursday: 9 am - 05:30 pm

  • Friday: 8 am - 1 pm

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in primary care, urgent care, occupational health, or a similar setting is preferred.

  • Experience with EPIC EMR is a plus.

  • Nationally certified CMA or able to provide a CMA Diploma with Transcripts.

  • Active BLS from AHA or able to obtain it.
