No automotive experience? No problem. If you have strong customer service skills, we can teach you the rest. Many of our top performers came from industries like hospitality, cell phone sales, restaurants, retail, and other service-based roles.

Compensation: Earn $65,000 - $105,000+ per year

Requirements

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • No prior automotive sales experience required - we provide training.
  • Must have a minimum of 1 (one) year of experience  in one of the following areas:
    • Customer service in a retail industry (i.e. retail restaurant, hospitality, call center, cell phone sales, etc.)
    • Participation as an athlete on a high school or collegiate team
    • Leadership role in the military, clubs, organizations or community involvement
  • Friendly, patient, and customer-focused mindset
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Willingness to learn and grow professionally
  • Basic computer literacy and smartphone skills
  • Must have a valid driver's license and clean driving record
