Join our team at Fountain View Nursing & Rehabilitation in Cincinnati, OH!

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) - Night Shift to join our resident-centered long-term care team at Fountain View Nursing & Rehabilitation, located in the Silverton community of Cincinnati. As a Night Shift RN, you will play a vital role in overseeing clinical care overnight, providing direct nursing services, and supporting our LPNs and CNAs to ensure residents receive safe, compassionate, and dignified care.

Position Details:

  • Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) - Night Shift

  • Schedule: Full-Time, 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide and oversee direct nursing care to residents on the night shift, including assessments, care planning, medication administration, treatments, and wound care.

  • Monitor resident conditions overnight, respond promptly to changes in status, and communicate critical information to the interdisciplinary team and oncoming shift.

  • Administer medications, treatments, and procedures according to physician orders and facility policies, ensuring accuracy, safety, and regulatory compliance.

  • Supervise and support LPNs and CNAs on the night shift, delegate tasks appropriately, and promote teamwork and accountability.

  • Ensure proper documentation of care, assessments, and interventions in the electronic medical record.

  • Promote a calm, safe, and respectful environment for residents, families, and staff throughout the night.
