Job description

CMA Consulting is in search for a consultant to fill the position of Customer Care Center Level 1 Representative in support of CMA's Medicaid Data Warehouse department.
Mandatory Requirements

  • Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and writing
  • Ability to troubleshoot and triage issues
  • Basic computer skills
  • Experience using Microsoft applications such as Outlook, Word, and Excel
  • High School Diploma or GED
Preferred Skills
  • Bachelors degree preferred
  • Previous call center experience
  • Experience with help desk ticketing systems such as Helix
  • Health business knowledge (preferably Medicaid experience)
