Now Hiring: Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT) – Blood Bank
 
Position: Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT)
Facility: Mount Carmel Grove City
Location: 5300 N Meadows Dr, Grove City, OH 43123
Contract: 13 Weeks
Shift: 3rd Shift (10:00 PM - 6:30 AM), may need to flex to 2nd Shift (2:00 PM - 10:30 PM)
Rate: $46/hr
Training: First two weeks (6:00 AM - 2:30 PM)
 
Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT) with a solid background in Blood Bank for a 13-week contract at Mount Carmel Grove City. The ideal candidate must be flexible, as they may occasionally be required to work 2nd shift as needed.
 
Key Responsibilities
Perform blood bank testing and analysis with accuracy and efficiency
Ensure compliance with laboratory protocols and quality control standards
Maintain and troubleshoot lab equipment
Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure timely and precise test results
Requirements
Strong experience in Blood Bank procedures
MLT certification (ASCP or equivalent preferred)
Ability to work 3rd shift (10:00 PM - 6:30 AM) and flex to 2nd shift (2:00 PM - 10:30 PM) when needed
Availability for every other weekend (EOW) and every other holiday (EOH)
