The Contract Administrator is responsible for providing premier customer service to current and potential contract customers from the point of initial contact through delivery of the product. It is also the responsibility of the Contract Administrator to achieve sales and profit goals established by the management team.
Responsibilities and Duties
As a minimum, the following is a basic description of typical duties and responsibilities expected of the Contract Administrator. These duties are not exhaustive and are subject to change as the needs of the organization require.
•Promptly respond to Request for Quotes to contracted customers, no later than 24 hours per RFQ.
•Provide technical assistance and process customer returns.
•Formulate analysis of sales data to assist in establishing specific account pricing.
•Review customer forecasts to ensure proper purchasing decisions.
•Proactively review open orders and inform customers of delivery status changes Promote a positive work environment based on teamwork and continuous improvement.
•Communicate effectively with the Operations Coordinator, Planning/Scheduling, Purchasing, and Shipping/Receiving.
•Provide General Manager with reports assigned.

•High school diploma or equivalent
•Microsoft Office proficiency, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
•Excellent written and oral communication skills

•Strong work ethic; initiative-taking
•Operate with high integrity, maintaining positive relations with co-workers, customers, and suppliers
Preferred Qualifications
•Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Sales, Marketing or related areas
•Four or more years of experience in sales and marketing
•Aerospace experience
