Fleet Management Administrator
Location: Olathe,KS
Hours: Monday-Friday: 8am-5pm. Some Weekends and After hours will be required outside of the M-F, 8am-5pm.

Position Overview:
The Fleet Management Admin implements and supports web-based fleet management tools, provides ongoing client training, and coordinates maintenance approvals and repair support. This role works closely with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure efficient fleet operation, accurate system data, and a strong customer experience.
Responsibilities:
• Serve as the primary contact for maintenance requests, inquires, and escalations
• Monitor fleet schedules, maintenance activity, and compliance metrics
• Track vehicle lifecycle events, documentation, and system updates
• Build strong relationships with fleet managers, dispatchers, and drivers
• Support client onboarding and training for fleet management tools
• Coordinate maintenance, repairs, roadside assistance, and vendor support
• Maintain accurate service records and CRM data
Requirements:
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage service workflows, reporting, telematics, and fleet systems accurately
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to resolve issues quickly in time-sensitive situations
