This position is responsible for collaborating with cross-functional teams to analyze current workflows, gather data, and recommend actionable solutions that reduce waste and optimize resource utilization. The coordinator will lead continuous improvement initiatives using methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen to foster a culture of ongoing enhancement and innovation. By monitoring key performance indicators and facilitating training sessions, the role ensures that improvements are sustainable and aligned with organizational goals. Ultimately, the Continuous Improvement Coordinator contributes to the company’s competitive advantage by promoting best practices and supporting a high-performance manufacturing operation across multiple sites in the United States.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • At least 3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment with a focus on process improvement.
