In it's reimagining, the 407 room downtown hotel recalls a grand European home.


    This individual takes pride when orchestrating an event. The ultimate liaison, a Conference Services Manager is able to pull together all the pieces and departments necessary to execute a successful and memorable event. They are comfortable supporting, managing, and supervising others. This individual is a true visionary who can see the big picture and has the knowledge and experience to take something from pen and paper to reality.


    Requested Tasks

    • Conduct client tours of spaces
    • Create detailed banquet event orders for execution of events
    • Work closely with banquet department on operations and event execution
    • Monitor group room blocks and pick up, generate detailed resumes for operating departments
    • Maintain detailed accounts and communications of contracts, event orders, and invoices


    Requested Capabilities

    • Prior Conference Services experience required
    • Guest-first mentality; approachable, personable, professional
    • Thorough understanding of the property and amenities; work with sales teams on current promotions and packages, as needed
    • Effective communication skills across multiple teams
    • Organized and effective
