Holiday Inn Express & Suites Charleston-North
Managed by STRAND Hospitality
Holiday Inn Express & Suites Charleston-North is seeking a friendly, dependable, and service-oriented Part-Time Guest Services Representative to join our team. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will provide exceptional customer service while ensuring a welcoming, efficient, and memorable stay.
Responsibilities:
  • Greet and assist guests with check-in and check-out.
  • Answer phones and respond to guest inquiries professionally.
  • Process reservations and payments using hotel systems.
  • Resolve guest concerns promptly and courteously.
  • Maintain a clean, organized front desk area.
  • Work closely with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure guest satisfaction.
  • Follow all IHG and STRAND Hospitality brand standards and policies.

Qualifications:
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
