The Conference Services Manager plays a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless planning, coordination, and execution of conferences, meetings, and special events within the organization. This position is responsible for managing all aspects of conference services, including client relations, vendor coordination, budgeting, and on-site event management to deliver exceptional experiences. The manager will collaborate closely with internal teams and external partners to align event objectives with organizational goals, ensuring high standards of quality and customer satisfaction. By overseeing logistical details and troubleshooting issues proactively, the Conference Services Manager guarantees that each event runs smoothly from inception to completion. Ultimately, this role drives the success of conferences that enhance the organization's reputation and foster strong stakeholder engagement across the United States.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Event Planning, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in conference or event management, preferably within a corporate or hospitality environment.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple events simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with clients, vendors, and team members.
  • Proficiency in event management software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Preferred Qualifications:
