Location: New York, NY (Local candidates only)

$135,000–$150,000 + Bonus

Our client is a global leader in workplace hospitality, conference services, and guest experience management. They are seeking an experienced Director of Conference & Hospitality Services to oversee conference, reception, and executive hospitality operations within one of New York City's premier law firms.

This highly visible leadership role is ideal for a hospitality executive who thrives in luxury service environments, enjoys developing high-performing teams, and is passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead all conference, reception, and hospitality operations.
  • Oversee executive meetings, VIP events, and client experiences.
  • Partner with executive client leadership to improve hospitality operations.
  • Develop innovative hospitality programs and service initiatives.
  • Analyze operational performance and identify improvement opportunities.
  • Lead, coach, and develop hospitality team members.
