About the Role

We are seeking a polished National Director of Conference & Hospitality Services to oversee a multi-site corporate hospitality and conference services portfolio supporting a high-profile financial services client.


This role is based in New York City and will oversee conference services, workplace hospitality, reception, reservations, event coordination, and client experience operations across multiple U.S. locations.


The ideal candidate will bring strong business and industry hospitality leadership experience, executive-level client management skills, and the ability to lead complex, high-touch operations in a fast-paced corporate environment.


Responsibilities
  • Lead conference and workplace hospitality operations across 7 U.S. sites
  • Oversee conference services, workplace ambassadors, reception, reservations, and event coordination
  • Build strong relationships with executive clients and stakeholders
  • Standardize hospitality and service programs across multiple locations
  • Lead site-level hospitality managers and support team development
  • Manage operational reporting, budgets, KPIs, and service standards
  • Support expansion projects, site visits, and executive events
  • Operate as a strategic advisor to the client, not simply an order-taker
  • Travel approximately 30% based on business needs
Requirements
  • 5+ years of multi-site hospitality, conference services, or workplace experience leadership
  • Strong background in business & industry contract foodservice or workplace hospitality
  • Experience supporting executive-level corporate clients
  • Strong conference center or workplace hospitality operations experience
  • Financial management, budgeting, and reporting experience
  • Excellent communication, organization, and leadership skills
  • Highly polished and professional client-facing presence
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and navigate complex environments
  • Must be able to work on-site in NYC 5 days per week
