Job Title: Assistant

Job Pay Rate: $17.00/Hr.

As a member of the Conference Services team, you will be responsible for handling clerical tasks in our office. You will be handling incoming phone calls and other communications, greeting clients and visitors, as well as managing files, updating paperwork and other documents, and performing other general office duties and errands.

What you will be doing:

  • Office Support: Answer and direct phone calls eloquently, manage office emails, and respond to inquiries in a timely manner.
  • Scheduling & Calendar Management: Coordinate appointments & planning meetings for Conference Managers
  • Document Management: Prepare, proofread, and format reports, presentations, and other documents. Maintain filing systems and ensure proper documentation and records.
  • Communication: Accurately prepare and distribute memos, emails, and other internal communications. Liaise with clients, vendors, and hotel operating departments
  • Inventory & Supplies Management: Order and manage office supplies, keeping track of inventory and ensuring office is well-equipped.
  • Data Entry: Input and maintain accurate data in systems, such as restaurant revenue, schedules, or financial records.
  • Event Coordination: Assist with planning and organizing office events, meetings, conferences, or team-building activities.
  • General Office Maintenance: Ensure the office space is tidy and functional, managing administrative tasks like photocopying, scanning, and filing.
  • Willingness to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • Uphold and abide by all Broadmoor policies, procedures, and safety guidelines
  • Other duties as assigned
