Compliance Associate Location: Hoover, AL Schedule: Full-Time | Hybrid

Our client is seeking a detail-oriented Compliance Associate to support compliance operations, quality documentation, and administrative processes within a growing organization. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with data, coordinating projects, communicating with clients, and ensuring accuracy in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate compliance activities, inspections, and report completion
  • Schedule inspections and communicate with clients and internal teams
  • Review applications, invoices, and compliance documentation for accuracy
  • Maintain databases and workflows using Excel, Smartsheet, and other systems
  • Track reports and ensure timely completion and submission
  • Process purchase orders, certificates, and renewal applications
  • Assist with accounts receivable and payment tracking
  • Edit and proofread reports, newsletters, and other written materials
  • Support process improvements and maintain quality documentation
  • Provide professional customer service by phone, email, and in person
  • Assist with special projects and other administrative duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in construction operations, compliance, quality, or a related administrative role preferred
  • Experience with data management and workflow tools such as Microsoft Excel and Smartsheet
