Job Summary:
We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Senior LIHTC (Low-Income Housing Tax Credit) Compliance Manager to lead our compliance efforts for affordable housing projects. In this pivotal role, you will oversee the adherence to LIHTC regulations, ensure accurate reporting, and maintain seamless coordination with property management teams. Duties:
  • Lead the development, implementation, and ongoing monitoring of LIHTC compliance programs across multiple properties.
  • Conduct thorough reviews of lease agreements, tenant files, and financial reports to ensure adherence to LIHTC regulations and fair housing laws.
  • Collaborate with property management teams to facilitate accurate rent calculations, income certifications, and annual compliance reporting.
