In this pivotal role, you will oversee the adherence to LIHTC regulations, ensure accurate reporting, and maintain seamless coordination with property management teams. Your expertise will help us deliver high-quality, compliant housing solutions while fostering positive relationships with stakeholders. Duties:
  • Lead the development, implementation, and ongoing monitoring of LIHTC compliance programs across multiple properties.
  • Conduct thorough reviews of lease agreements, tenant files, and financial reports to ensure adherence to LIHTC regulations and fair housing laws.
  • Collaborate with property management teams to facilitate accurate rent calculations, income certifications, and annual compliance reporting.
