As a Communications Lead Senior within PNC's Marketing and Communications team, you will guide and deliver external content and communications that position PNC Technology as a key driver of business growth and a cornerstone of PNC's Brilliantly Boring brand. This role requires a savvy strategist and trusted advisor with broad communications expertise and strong executive presence. The Communications Lead Sr. partners closely with business leadership, leveraging data-driven insights and marketplace analysis to influence outcomes and shape the organization's narrative. This leader orchestrates complex communications initiatives, manages key partnerships, and ensures alignment, clarity, and accuracy of messages across all channels and audiences. The role proactively identifies strategic opportunities, develops and influences communication strategies, and coordinates activities with agencies, third parties, and internal business partners. The Communications Lead Sr. demonstrates a strong understanding of topics, programs, and initiatives across multiple areas of focus, serving as a trusted advisor to the organization and engaging other parts of the business to support the overall strategy.

  • Establishes the strategic direction for communications while providing leadership and guidance on key initiatives, content/channels, and the prioritization of work on the team.
