What You'll Do:
• Develop and execute internal communications strategies that support business objectives
• Create, edit, and manage content across multiple channels, including newsletters, executive communications, and digital platforms
• Support change management and crisis communications by developing clear, strategic messaging for sensitive or evolving situations
• Collaborate with executive leadership, internal teams, and external partners to ensure alignment and effective stakeholder engagement
• Coordinate projects, manage editorial calendars, and oversee multiple communications initiatives in a fast-paced environment
• Track and analyze communications performance, ensuring quality, consistency, and continuous improvement across all messaging
You play a key role in bringing Sunrise's mission and culture to life-connecting team members to purpose and strategy.
What We're Looking For:
• 4-7+ years internal communications experience
• 2+ years of change management communications experience
• Exceptional writing and editing skills
• Strategic thinker with strong storytelling ability
• Experience with intranet platforms and multi-channel campaigns
• Highly organized, adaptable, and collaborative
• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism or a related field required
