Summary:
You will own the firm's technology stack and data strategy with an owner's mentality. Your primary goal is to leverage technology to drive profitable and sustainable growth.
Key Tasks:

* Manage the comprehensive technology budget and all vendor relationships to ensure maximum ROI
* Develop and execute a firm-wide AI strategy, leveraging tools like Claude and Salesforce Agentforce, to create a tangible competitive advantage
* You will inspire, develop, and lead a high-performing team to enable our strategic goals
* Foster a team culture that promotes proactive problem-solving, accountability, continuous improvement, and a commitment to outstanding internal customer service

* Deconstruct, analyze, and automate core business processes, from marketing to lead intake and qualification to client onboarding and case management
* Cultivate a culture that embraces digital change and data-driven decision-making
* You will serve as a strategic advisor for leaders and team members across the firm
REQUIREMENTS:
* You have earned a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related technical field

* Hands-on Salesforce platform expertise required; You should be comfortable code-reviewing Apex, auditing flow architecture, and stepping in as a senior practitioner when the team is stuck - not managing Salesforce specialists from the outside; Active certifications (Admin, Platform Developer, Application Architect) are welcomed; Demonstrated platform fluency is the actual test
* You bring solid expertise in cloud computing platforms, a strong background in managing integrated SaaS environments, and experience with data analytics and data-driven decision-making
* You are an AI enthusiast, excited about the changes and efficiencies that can enhance both the employee and customer experience
* You are a hands-on leader, able to flex between high-level strategy and tactical execution; You possess a strong business acumen and the ability to communicate a vision with patience and clarity to various stakeholders
* You excel in an entrepreneurial, fast-paced environment and are passionate about building systems that create a competitive advantage; You consider yourself a tech strategist with a practical, get-it-done mentality
