Director, Corporate Affairs Technology

The Director, Corporate Affairs Technology leads the strategy, delivery, and operations of technology solutions supporting Legal, Compliance, and Corporate Security functions. This role partners with Corporate Affairs leadership to enable regulatory compliance, risk management, and enterprise protection through modern, scalable, and AI-driven technology solutions.

This position is a leader-of-leaders role, with direct oversight of Senior Managers and their teams, and is accountable for delivering business-aligned outcomes across the Corporate Affairs application portfolio.

Key Responsibilities
  • Define and execute the technology strategy and multi-year roadmap for Corporate Affairs (Legal, Compliance, Corporate Security)
  • Serve as a strategic partner to business leadership, aligning technology solutions to legal, compliance, and security priorities
  • Lead and develop Senior Managers and their teams, ensuring strong performance, accountability, and organizational growth
  • Own the end-to-end application portfolio, including design, delivery, operations, and modernization of platforms
  • Champion AI, automation, and advanced analytics solutions to transform legal, compliance, and security capabilities
  • Ensure governance, risk management, and compliance, including audit readiness and adherence to enterprise policies (e.g., SOX, security standards)
  • Drive delivery excellence across cross-functional initiatives, ensuring high-quality, timely, and cost-effective outcomes
  • Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and financials, optimizing value across the portfolio
Required Qualifications
  • 10+ years of experience in technology leadership roles
  • 5+ years of experience leading leaders (e.g., Senior Managers and large teams)
  • Experience supporting or partnering with Legal, Compliance, Risk, or Security organizations
  • Experience managing enterprise application portfolios in regulated environments
  • Strong understanding of compliance, audit, and risk management frameworks
  • Proven ability to lead large-scale, cross-functional technology initiatives
  • Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience driving AI/ML, data, or automation initiatives
  • Experience with cloud platforms and modern application architectures
  • Familiarity with legal technology platforms, compliance tools, or corporate security systems
  • Demonstrated experience leading transformation and modernization efforts
Education
  • Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred

The typical pay range for this role is: $144,200.00 - $288,400.00. This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
