The Branch Servicing Business Technology Manager provides strategic leadership for the technology ecosystem supporting Key's Retail Branch Network. This role is accountable for defining and executing a forward-looking technology strategy that enhances in-branch servicing, improves operational efficiency, and strengthens the client experience.
Leading a cross-functional team of technology professionals, this individual oversees the delivery, integration, and ongoing performance of critical servicing platforms, including Argo BankPro (Teller 21), in-branch digital authentication solutions, and Safe Deposit Box systems. The role ensures these technologies remain secure, resilient, and aligned with enterprise architecture standards, while enabling the modernization of legacy capabilities.
Serving as a trusted partner to senior Retail and Technology leaders, the Business Technology Manager drives prioritization of investments, translates business needs into scalable solutions, and ensures disciplined execution across the full lifecycle of initiatives. This includes advancing automation, improving platform stability, and delivering capabilities that position the branch network for continued transformation.

Core Responsibilities

Technology Strategy & Portfolio Leadership: Own the Branch Servicing technology roadmap, aligning investments to business priorities and long-term transformation goals.

Delivery & Execution: Lead end-to-end execution of technology initiatives, including modernization, automation, and new capability development.

Operational Excellence: Ensure reliability, security, and performance of production systems through strong governance, incident management, and risk mitigation practices.

Stakeholder Partnership: Collaborate with senior leaders across Retail and Technology to align priorities, influence direction, and drive measurable outcomes.

Team Leadership: Build and lead high-performing teams across engineering, delivery, and vendor partners, fostering accountability, engagement, and continuous improvement.

Financial & Vendor Management: Oversee budget adherence and manage key vendor relationships to optimize value and delivery.

Enterprise Alignment: Partner with infrastructure and platform teams to ensure seamless integration, scalability, and compliance with enterprise standards.


Education

  • Bachelor's Degree (preferred)
  • OR equivalent experience (required)


Work Experience

  • 7+ years of relevant experience (required)

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS

This position is eligible to earn a base salary in the range of $116,000.00 - $216,000.00 annually. Placement within the pay range may differ based upon various factors, including but not limited to skills, experience and geographic location. Compensation for this role also includes eligibility for incentive compensation which may include production, commission, and/or discretionary incentives.
