In this role, aSenior Financial Analyst, FP&Awill support our fast-growing US sales organization, which is forecasted to grow by 35% next year. This highly visible role is responsible for driving key sales performance reporting, supporting sales incentive compensation processes, and enabling commercial leadership with robust analytics, planning, and business partnering.


Pay range: $80,000-$125,000/year

Key Accountabilities

Sales & Commercial Finance Support

  • Partner with the sales and key account teams to deliver actionable insights on orders, margins, and commercial performance.
  • Track and model sales incentive plans and commission calculations across verticals, channels, and sales reps.
  • Manage rebate accruals and forecasting in collaboration with sales ops and accounting.


Planning & Forecasting

  • Lead monthly and quarterly P&L forecasting for the U.S. commercial business, including revenue, margin, and selling expenses.
  • Drive the annual budgeting process for commercial functions, including headcount, T&E, and incentive plans.
  • Track overhead spend vs. budget for assigned cost centers and recommend course corrections where needed.


Reporting & Analytics

  • Own and publish weekly KPIs and dashboards for sales leadership, including bookings, backlog, win rates, and margin trends.
  • Conduct in-depth order margin analysis by product, customer, channel, and region.
  • Prepare materials for Monthly Business Reviews (MBRs), including executive-ready analysis and insights.
  • Maintain and improve financial models to support business case development and sales growth initiatives.


Data Governance & Process Improvement

  • Maintain accurate and governed hierarchies for sales verticals, channels, territories, and sales reps in coordination with sales operations and IT.
  • Help drive the integrity of sales and financial data used for planning, reporting, and compensation.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to increase the speed, accuracy, and insight of FP&A outputs.


Key Partnerships

  • Sales Leadership & Key Account Managers performance advisory, incentive planning, deal support.
  • Sales Operations data accuracy, territory alignment, system integration.
  • Accounting & Payroll commissions, rebates, month-end accruals.
  • Corporate FP&A forecast alignment, budgeting, cash flow support.


What Were Looking For

To thrive in this role, you should bring:


Education and Experience

  • Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA or CPA a plus.
  • 5+ years of progressive experience in FP&A, at least 2 years in a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong business acumen with deep experience supporting commercial or sales teams.
  • This role is not eligible for visa sponsorship.


Technical Skills

  • Proven ability to build complex financial models and work with large data sets.
  • Experience with ERP and planning systems (e.g., INFOR LN, Prophix, or Power BI).
  • Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills; proficiency in data visualization a plus.


Soft Skills

  • Strong communication and storytelling skills, with experience presenting to senior stakeholders.
  • Self-starter with high attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
