Position Description

Executive Assistant

Dynamic and fast-growing full-service law firm of more than 400 attorneys and professionals is seeking a Commercial Real Estate Paralegal or legal practice Assistant to join its Charleston, SC office. This full-time position, under the direction of an attorney will assist with commercial real estate closings, review title and survey, revise and review lease amendments, non-disturbance agreements and other documents; organize and maintain files; and prepare closing documents.

Requirements

  • The ideal candidate will possess a four-year degree (or the equivalent), with at least three years of extensive commercial real estate experience in a paralegal role or as a legal practice assistant.
  • Paralegal certification preferred
  • Must have strong communication and problem-solving skills, work independently, be professional, self-motivated and a team player
  • Strong MS Outlook, Word and Excel skills.
