Job description

Job Title: Senior Commercial Litigation Paralegal
Location: Dallas, TX
Compensation: $100-120,000 (+ or - DOE)

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience as a litigation paralegal, with a focus on commercial litigation matters
  • Defense-side litigation experience strongly preferred
  • Proven ability to manage cases from inception through trial, including heavy discovery and motion practice
  • Experience drafting pleadings, discovery requests/responses, and legal correspondence
  • Strong familiarity with Texas state and federal court rules and filing procedures
  • Hands-on experience with e-discovery tools, document review platforms, and case management systems
  • Trial preparation experience, including organizing exhibits, preparing binders, and supporting attorneys in court
  • Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
