Commercial Litigation Paralegal

Location: Fort Lauderdale, FL

Pay: $35.00–$40.00/hour

Schedule: Full-Time | Monday–Friday | Fully Onsite

We are seeking an experienced Commercial Litigation Paralegal to support attorneys handling complex business and corporate litigation matters.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 7 years of commercial, business, or corporate litigation paralegal experience.
  • Recent experience supporting attorneys in business litigation is required.
  • Stable work history with long-term tenure (no frequent job changes).
  • Experience with Real Estate Litigation or Estate/Probate Litigation is acceptable if paired with recent business litigation experience.
  • Strong knowledge of litigation procedures, case management, discovery, document preparation, court filings, and trial preparation.

Not a Fit If Your Recent or Primary Experience Is In:
