The Senior Litigation Paralegal will provide comprehensive support to attorneys in complex litigation cases, ensuring all case documentation and processes are handled efficiently. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented litigation paralegal that wants to partner with a highly visible litigation team. Client Details This global firm is headquartered in DC and has offices across the US and globally. They are well known for their white glove service, dedication to being at the forefront of technology, and continued upskilling and career growth for employees. They have a hybrid work model. Description Assist attorneys with case preparation, legal research, and document management for complex litigation matters. Draft, proofread, and organize legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and discovery materials. Coordinate and manage deadlines for filings, discovery, and court appearances. Support attorneys during trial preparation and provide assistance during court proceedings as needed. Conduct thorough research using legal databases and other resources to gather case-related information. Communicate with clients, witnesses, and external counsel to ensure the smooth flow of case-related information. Maintain and organize case files, both physical and electronic, ensuring all records are up-to-date and accessible. Collaborate with team members to ensure compliance with legal and procedural requirements. Profile A successful Senior Litigation Paralegal should have: 5+ years of experience as a litigation paralegal, ideally in a Big Law environment. Experience preparing for and attending trial.
