Commercial Litigation Associate
We are seeking an experienced Commercial Litigation Associate to join our dynamic team in our New Jersey office. As a key member of our Metropolitan New York litigation practice, you will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of commercial litigation cases, collaborating with a close-knit team of experienced attorneys.
Responsibilities:
• Represent clients in commercial litigation matters, including disputes related to contracts, business torts, and other complex litigation
• Condct thorough investigations, gather evidence, and develop effective litigation strategies
• Draft and file pleadings, motions, and other court documents
• Negotiate with opposing counsel and participate in settlement discussions• Collaborate with colleagues to share knowledge, best practices, and expertise
Requirements:
• 4-6 years of experience in commercial litigation
• Excellent academic credentials and demonstrated writing skills
