A well-respected national law firm is seeking a Commercial Litigation Associate to join its growing Dallas office.

This opportunity is ideal for an attorney interested in working on sophisticated commercial litigation matters within a collaborative litigation platform supporting the firmโ€™s Financial Services & Capital Markets practice.

The Role

โ€ข Complex commercial litigation matters
โ€ข Financial services and business-related disputes
โ€ข Motion practice, discovery, depositions, and case strategy
โ€ข Contract and business disputes
โ€ข Direct client interaction and substantive responsibility
โ€ข Collaboration with attorneys across a sophisticated national litigation platform

Ideal Background

โ€ข Approximately 3โ€“5 years of commercial litigation experience
โ€ข Experience with business litigation, financial services litigation, or complex commercial disputes preferred
