$120000 - $180000 per year | Boston, MA | On‑Site | Permanent

Join a sophisticated litigation practice handling complex business, construction, and employment disputes where strategy, speed, and client impact truly matter.

A bit about us:

We are a boutique firm right in downtown Boston representing businesses across a wide range of industries, including construction, real estate, technology, finance, manufacturing, and professional services. The firm focuses on high‑stakes business disputes where legal, financial, and operational risks intersect. The litigation team handles a broad spectrum of matters, including commercial disputes, construction claims, employment litigation, partnership and shareholder conflicts, and complex contract matters. The practice is known for its business‑first, solutions‑oriented approach, emphasizing early risk assessment, strategic positioning, and efficient resolution of disputes. Attorneys leverage modern litigation tools, including advanced eDiscovery platforms, data‑driven case analysis, and secure collaboration systems, while maintaining a strong emphasis on client relationships and practical legal strategy.

Why join us?

This is an opportunity to join a collaborative litigation team where attorneys are trusted with meaningful responsibility early and work closely with partners who are deeply engaged in the strategy and development of each case. The practice is designed for attorneys who want exposure to a wide range of sophisticated disputes—not just isolated litigation silos. You will work directly with clients, contribute to case strategy, and gain hands‑on experience across all stages of litigation, from pleadings through resolution. Unlike larger, more rigid environments, this group emphasizes mentorship, efficiency, and practical problem‑solving. Attorneys are encouraged to think strategically about client outcomes, not just legal arguments, and to build long‑term relationships with business clients.
