The incoming Senior Associate will serve as a primary advocate in a variety of complex commercial matters, navigating the intricacies of high-value disputes within both New York State and Federal jurisdictions. This role demands a practitioner capable of managing the full lifecycle of litigation, serving a sophisticated client base that includes institutional investors, real estate developers, and corporate entities.


Core responsibilities include:

โจ– Formulating and implementing comprehensive litigation strategies for multi-million dollar commercial conflicts.

โจ– Drafting and overseeing the preparation of initial pleadings, comprehensive discovery requests, and responses.

โจ– Managing the electronic discovery process and coordinating large-scale document productions.

โจ– Drafting and arguing dispositive motions, including motions to dismiss and summary judgment petitions, before state and federal benches.

โจ– Orchestrating and executing the deposition of key fact witnesses and technical experts.

โจ– Providing nuanced legal research and risk analysis to guide clients through pre-litigation and alternative dispute resolution phases.


ยง Qualifications:

To be considered for this position, candidates must meet the following baseline professional criteria:
