This is an excellent opportunity for a Commercial Litigation Attorney in Boston, Massachusetts seeking high-quality work, hands-on responsibility, and the opportunity to develop within a leading US firm environment.


The Role:

  • Advising on complex commercial litigation matters across a range of industries
  • Handling written and document discovery on sophisticated disputes
  • Conducting legal research and drafting memoranda, pleadings and motions
  • Drafting and arguing dispositive and non-dispositive motions
  • Taking and defending depositions in high-value cases
  • Assisting with witness preparation and trial strategy
  • Supporting all aspects of trial preparation and proceedings
  • Working closely with senior attorneys on business-critical litigation matters


The Candidate:

  • US-qualified Commercial Litigation Attorney with 2–5 years’ experience
  • Background at a comparable law firm with strong litigation exposure
  • Experience across multiple stages of the litigation lifecycle
  • Commercially minded with strong analytical and technical ability
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to build client relationships
  • J.D. from an accredited law school and admitted to practice in Massachusetts
  • Highly organized with strong time-management capabilities
