Experience: 6+ Years (Preferred)

Role Overview

We are a culture-driven, premier Nevada law firm seeking a high-caliber Litigation Partner to join our Las Vegas office. • Diverse Practice Support: Provide expert counsel across a broad range of firm disciplines, including:

    • Commercial Litigation: Breach of contract, business torts, and partnership disputes.

    • Construction Law: Representing developers, contractors, and owners in defect and contract claims.

    • Real Estate & Title Litigation: Navigating complex property disputes and title insurance defense.

  • Mentorship: Supervise and develop junior associates and support staff to maintain the firm's high standard of legal production.

Qualifications
  • Experience: Minimum of 6 years in civil litigation, specifically focusing on commercial or business-related disputes.

  • Licensure: Active member in good standing with the State Bar of Nevada.

  • Business Development: A demonstrated track record of client retention and a portable book of business is highly preferred.

  • Courtroom Presence: Extensive experience appearing in Nevada state and federal courts. First-chair trial experience is a significant advantage.

  • Technical Skills: Mastery of Nevada Rules of Civil Procedure and proficiency in modern case management and billing software.

Why Join Our Firm?
  • Statewide Influence: With offices in Las Vegas, Reno, and Carson City, we offer a powerful platform for a partner looking to maximize their success across the Nevada market.

  • Exceptional Support: Gain access to an elite support staff and a collaborative "team-first" culture that prioritizes professional growth.

  • Competitive Package: Offers a top-tier compensation structure, an attractive benefits package, and the resources necessary to manage a thriving book of business.
