A well-established healthcare law firm in Dallas, TX is seeking a Litigation Partner to join its growing team.


Responsibilities

  • Manage a full caseload of business/commercial litigation matters from inception through resolution
  • Represent clients in court, including hearings, depositions, and trial
  • Originate and maintain client relationships, contributing business to the firm
  • Handle litigation matters for the firm's existing client base as needed
  • Collaborate with firm leadership on case strategy and staffing


Qualifications

  • Partner-level experience in business/commercial litigation
  • Strong courtroom presence and trial experience
  • Demonstrated ability to originate business
