Commercial Litigation Attorney Tysons Corner

Offit Kurman is seeking a Commercial Litigation Attorney with 510 years of experience to join our growing litigation practice.

The ideal candidate will have experience handling sophisticated business disputes, including breach of contract, business torts, fiduciary duty, partnership/shareholder disputes, trade secrets and restrictive covenants, real estate disputes, and other complex commercial matters.

Candidates should have strong research and writing skills, experience managing cases from inception through resolution, taking and defending depositions, motion practice, hearings, and/or trial. Strong federal and state court experience is preferred.

Requirements:

5-10 of commercial litigation experience

Active Virginia bar admission required (DC and/or MD a plus)
