Job description

Join a boutique real estate/commercial litigation firm as a full-time Litigation Paralegal supporting litigation matters alongside a collaborative Glendale–based team.  The firm specialized in real property disputes and commercial litigation. This role is ideal for an experienced paralegal seeking substantive work, long-term stability, and professional growth.

Main Responsibilities

  • Collaborate closely with litigation team and attorneys 
  • Organize discovery, case databases, and documents
  • Review, analyze, and summarize records including deeds and chains of title   
  • Support depositions and discovery (transcript summaries, document tracking, follow-ups)
  • Prepare cases for and assist with trials 
  • Prepare materials for expert witness review
  • Prepare basic discovery requests and responses
  • Maintain well-organized, accessible case files

Qualifications

  • Paralegal Certificate from an ABA-approved program or an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Paralegal Studies preferred
  • 4+ years of litigation paralegal experience   
  • Law firm billing experience  
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple cases
  • Experience drafting subpoenas and tracking incoming records
  • Comfortable with legal research tools and case management software
  • The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

A variety of factors are considered in making compensation decisions, including but not limited to experience, education, licensure and/or certifications, geographic location, market demands, other business and organizational needs, and other factors permitted by law.  This position is also eligible for discretionary bonuses and benefits. Final salary wages offered may be outside of this range based on other reasons and individual circumstances.      

Salary Range:

$75,000 -$85,000
