As an Account Executive, you'll build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals and community partners throughout your territory.
You'll:
  • Develop relationships with physicians, hospitals, rehabilitation facilities, skilled nursing facilities, assisted living communities, case managers, and other referral sources
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities
  • Grow home health admissions and achieve sales goals
  • Manage and develop your assigned territory
  • Educate referral partners about Concierge Home Care's services
  • Build a strong professional network within the community
  • Attend networking events and community outreach opportunities
  • Coordinate with clinical and operational teams to support successful patient transitions
  • Maintain accurate CRM documentation and sales activity
  • Develop and execute strategic territory plans
