Collections Specialist - TNT Financial Inc.

Position Type:ย Full-Time (40 Hours per Week)

TNT Financial Inc. is seeking a motivated and professional Collections Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong customer service skills, the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, and experience communicating effectively with consumers while maintaining professionalism and compliance.

Responsibilities
  • Contact consumers regarding past-due accounts and arrange payment solutions.
  • Provide excellent customer service while maintaining collection goals.
  • Handle difficult conversations professionally and effectively de-escalate situations.
  • Perform skip tracing activities using multiple databases and resources.
  • Document all account activity accurately and thoroughly.
  • Manage a high volume of calls while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Follow company policies and applicable collection regulations.
  • Work collaboratively with team members to achieve department objectives.
Qualifications
  • Basic computer skills and the ability to learn multiple software programs.
  • Strong multitasking and organizational abilities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Outstanding customer service and problem-solving skills.
