Resonetics is seeking a motivated and proactive Marketing Co-Op to join our Marketing team for the Spring. This co-op offers hands-on experience in B2B marketing within the fast-paced MedTech manufacturing industry, providing exposure to real-world projects that support growth, brand visibility, and commercial execution.
As a Marketing Co-Op, you will collaborate closely with Marketing, Sales, and other cross functional teams while taking ownership of meaningful projects. You will gain practical experience across content development, digital marketing, sales enablement, and marketing operations-building analytical, creative, organizational, and technical skills along the way.

  • Develop an understanding of the marketing department's objectives, priorities, and role within the broader organization
  • Support day-to-day marketing activities while contributing to longer-term strategic initiatives

Content & Brand Marketing
  • Develop a LinkedIn content series highlighting Resonetics' manufacturing capabilities, customer applications, or thought leadership
  • Create marketing copy and visual concepts for digital campaigns, emails, or website content

Sales Enablement
  • Create or refresh customer-facing sales and capability presentations in PowerPoint
  • Support development of collateral that translates complex technical capabilities into clear value propositions

Events & Tradeshows
  • Support planning and execution of major industry tradeshows, including messaging, collateral, and logistics
  • Assist with post-event follow-up and performance tracking

Digital Marketing & Analytics
  • Analyze social media or campaign performance data and present insights and recommendations to the marketing team
  • Support basic CRM, marketing automation, or reporting activities

Marketing Innovation & AI
  • Explore and pilot new ways to use AI tools to improve marketing workflows, content creation, or analytics

Compensation
  • The compensation for this role is competitive and will be based on experience and qualifications. The anticipated range is $22 -$27 based on the years of schooling undergone.
  • For temp, temp-to-hire, and regular full-time positions, our company policy is that we are unable to provide visa sponsorship. Candidates must already be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship now or in the future.
