  • Maintain Expert-Level Platform Knowledge: Become a true product expert - understanding how Submittable's solutions solve customer problems and deliver value, with a commitment to continuous self-learning
  • Inspire Action: Represent Submittable at conferences, webinars, and external engagements to highlight our mission and showcase the impact of our solutions
  • Build Domain Expertise: Develop and maintain knowledge of our markets, competitors, industry-wide challenges, and ongoing trends

What We're Looking For
  • 1+ years in a solutions engineering, solutions consulting, technical sales, or implementation role in SaaS environments (business software, grants management, or similar), with a focus on customer impact.
  • Proficiency in web technologies and familiarity with APIs, integrations, and cloud platforms
  • Exceptional skills in presenting, writing, and explaining technical concepts to diverse audiences
  • Experience in competitive sales motions; familiarity with MEDDPICC or equivalent value-selling frameworks is a strong plus
  • Strong interpersonal abilities, fostering trust and partnership with customers and internal teams
  • A track record of thriving in fast-paced, evolving environments
  • A self-starter ready to dive in on day one

Location: This is a remote, U.S.-based role and you must live and reside in the U.S. full-time.
