CMMS Administrator


ATI is seeking a highly motivated, qualified, and experienced Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) Administrator for a position located in Springfield, Virginia. This role involves working in secure environments in support of mission-critical operations.


Great Pay and Benefits for a CMMS Administrator

  • Competitive salary of $100,000-$125,000/year depending on experience;

Duties and Responsibilities

  • This position will be required to input data and maintain the system for tracking, automated notification, advanced reporting, and analytics capabilities in support of:
    • Assets and equipment inventory management;
    • Facility maintenance and repairs;
    • Service call/work order management;
    • Automated warranty and regulatory compliance enforcement;
    • Facility performance management;
    • Equipment performance management; and
    • Equipment maintenance/repair histories.
  • Candidate will also serve as point-of-contact for CMMS vendor and troubleshoot technical issues to support software and equipment.

Required Qualifications and Experience

  • Candidates must be US Citizens;
  • Must be eligible to obtain and maintain clearance; Candidate must be able to work independently in a secure or sensitive environment;
  • Minimum of three (3) years of experience in a similar role, preferably with systems integrated with the Building Automation System, MS Office, and other systems;
  • Demonstrated experience with CMMS platforms - experience with WebTMA or similar is a big plus;
  • Excellent communication skills; and
  • High level of professionalism for client interaction.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay Range: $100,000-$125,000/year depending on experience

Location: Springfield, VA

Working Hours: Normal Work Hours - Monday - Friday (anticipate 40 per week).
