Job description

Industrial Reliability Maintenance Technician — Commerce, OK

Picture your day starting at 7:00 AM: you open the CMMS, scan new work orders, and map out priorities. By 8:30, you’re troubleshooting a production line issue. Before lunch, you’ve fabricated a small bracket to get a critical machine back online. The afternoon brings a planned inspection, a few preventive tasks, and a quick consultation with a vendor. At 3:30 PM, you close your shift—ready to be on call if urgent maintenance needs arise after hours.

Schedule

Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM, with the expectation of being on call 24/7 to respond to maintenance needs as they occur.

What You’ll Do
  • Execute routine and corrective maintenance on industrial machinery, equipment, and facility systems.
  • Conduct inspections to identify issues early and resolve them quickly to minimize downtime.
  • Respond to maintenance requests from multiple departments with a service-minded approach.
  • Fabricate, modify, and install parts using a range of shop tools and equipment.
  • Use a CMMS to receive, track, and close work orders and to document repairs thoroughly.
  • Partner with internal teams and external vendors to keep operations running smoothly and customers satisfied.
