They may work in industries like manufacturing, facilities management, or utilities to improve maintenance efficiency and reduce downtime. Their duties often include data entry, reporting, troubleshooting, and coordinating with maintenance teams.

What does an Emaint do?

A typical day for an eMaint Maintenance Technician involves reviewing work orders in the eMaint CMMS, performing scheduled and unscheduled equipment repairs, and documenting all maintenance activities. Technicians often collaborate with operations staff to diagnose issues, prioritize tasks, and implement preventive maintenance measures.
