CMMS / Administrative Coordinator

Job Title: CMMS / Administrative Coordinator
Job Type: Full-Time
Place of Performance: Culpeper, VA
Schedule: Monday–Friday

Summary:

Provides administrative support for maintenance operations by managing the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS), work orders, reports, documentation, and contract records.

Requirements:
  • Associate degree or equivalent experience preferred.
  • Experience using CMMS or maintenance management software.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Experience supporting facilities operations preferred.
Duties:
  • Manage preventive maintenance schedules.
  • Process and track work orders.
  • Prepare reports and documentation.
  • Maintain equipment and maintenance records.
  • Coordinate administrative support for maintenance personnel.
  • Assist with contract reporting and documentation.
