Ready to make connectivity from space universally accessible, secure and actionable? Then you've come to the right place!
E-Space is bridging Earth and space to enable hyper-scaled deployments of Internet of Things (IoT) solutions and services. We are building a highly-advanced low Earth orbit (LEO) space system that will fundamentally change the design, economics, manufacturing and service delivery associated with traditional satellite and terrestrial IoT systems.
We're intentional, we're unapologetically curious and we're 100% committed to innovate space-based communications and deliver actionable intelligence that will expand global economies, protect space and our planet and enhance our overall quality of life.
The CMMS & Materials Coordinator is responsible for the administration of the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) and the management of maintenance, spare parts, and operational material inventories. • Monitor inventory levels and recommend reorder points, safety stock, and inventory optimization strategies.
  • Coordinate receipt, storage, handling, and issuance of production materials in accordance with company procedures.
  • Monitor material shelf life, lot traceability, and inventory rotation (FIFO/FEFO) where applicable.
  • Support physical inventories and financial audits.
  • Participate in supplier evaluations, inventory reduction initiatives, and continuous improvement projects.
  • Identify opportunities to standardize materials, reduce excess inventory, and improve inventory turnover while maintaining operational readiness.

What you will bring to this role:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate degree or technical certification in Mechanical, Electrical, or Electro-Mechanical technology.
  • Familiarity with CMMS systems for work order management and maintenance tracking.
  • Basic knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems.
  • Ability to read and follow maintenance SOPs
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.

Extra points for the following:
  • Direct experience with sputter systems, laser trim tools, wet benches, or photolithography equipment.
  • CMMS experience with eMaintenance, SAP, Maximo, or similar platforms.
  • Background in semiconductor or thin-film PV manufacturing.
  • SMRP Certification or willing to acquire

This is a full time, exempt position, based out of our Arlington, TX office.
